EYEFEEDER
The EYEFEEDER® is a patented feeding system featuring a shaking mechanism. Its software is seamlessly integrated into the DENSO robot controller, with communication occurring via digital I/Os.
In most cases, an EYEFEEDER® equipped with an IR backlight unit provides the ideal solution
Optimal product distribution is achieved by selecting from a range of shaking patterns.
EYEFEEEDER ACCESSORIES
Bulk feeders, bulk conveyors, and vision cameras for all EYEFEEDER® models are available and fully controlled by the EYEFEEDER® software.
VISION system
Depending on the type of product being handled, any vision system can be used and connected to the DENSO robot controller via Ethernet. The DENSO robot controller comes with pre-installed libraries (providers) for various vision system manufacturers. The vision system can be accessed directly through the DENSO Teaching Pendant, eliminating the need for additional HMIs.
LINEAR TRACK
The RTR TRACK is a high-speed linear rail system designed for a wide range of products, which can be mounted on the carrier. It is ideal for moving a DENSO robot (HS or VS) along the rail. By integrating the RTR TRACK, the robot’s working area can be significantly expanded.
ROBOTUNITS
ROBOTUNITS designs and manufactures high-quality aluminum profile systems, conveyor systems, linear transfer systems, and safety fencing, all based on a unified technology.
