EYEFEEDER ACCESSORIES
It is possible to extend the EYEFEEDER® concept with serveral accessories.
These are the main accessories.
The vision-system:
You can use any vision system that best fits your product. It can be directly connected to the DENSO robot controller via Ethernet. The DENSO controller supports libraries from several vision system providers, enabling seamless communication and calibration of the vision system using DENSO software. Vision system monitoring can also be performed through the DENSO teaching pendant.
For optimal results, it’s recommended to use the vision camera with an IR filter. This ensures that only the IR backlight illumination from the EYEFEEDER® is visible, eliminating the impact of daylight or other ambient light sources.
Bulkfeeder model EBF:
Bulkfeeders for EYEFEEDER® models EF0120 / EF0210 / EF0300. The bulkfeeder is controlled by the EYEFEEDER® software.
The following models are available:
- EBF015 = 1,5 liter bulkfeeder with narrow output side.
- EBF040 = 4 liter bulkfeeder with narrow output side.
- EBF041 = 4 liter bulkfeeder with wide output side.
- EBF070 = 7 liter bulkfeeder with wide output side
Bulkfeeder model EBC:
The Bulk Conveyor is designed for use with EYEFEEDER® models EF1000, EF1200, and EF1400. It is fully controlled through the EYEFEEDER® software, allowing seamless integration and operation.
The following models are available:
- EBC012 = 120mm wide bulkfeeder
- EBC020 = 200mm wide bulkfeeder
- EBC030 = 300mm wide bulkfeeder
Toplight unit EFT
Some EYEFEEDER® applications perform better with toplight. The toplight unit serves as an alternative to the EYEFEEDER® IR backlight, offering improved results for certain tasks.
Toplight unit is available in:
- White LED light
- Red LED light
The following models are available for EYEFEEDER® models:
- EFT240 = EYEFEEDER EF0120–EF0210.
- EFT100 = EYEFEEDER EF0800-EF1000-EF0300
- EFT120 = EYEFEEDER EF1200
Sidelight unit ESL:
EYEFEEDER® applications involving clear or reflective products can benefit from using sidelight. The sidelight unit is an alternative to the EYEFEEDER® IR backlight and is available for all EYEFEEDER® models.
While the default LED color is blue, other color options are also available.
